Shipping & Handling
All products are shipped via UPS.  UPS requires a physical address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Delivery time with UPS is 3 – 5 days depending on the distance from our shipping location.  A UPS tracking and delivery estimate will be emailed on the day of shipment to the email address provided when placing your order.

Additional Handling

Orders that require additional handling are any item that is over 5ft, flag and banner poles, indoor flag sets, heavy items or items that require multiple packages to fill the order.  An additional $7.95 will be added to the standard UPS shipping rate determined by the value of the order.  When ordering online the Shopping Cart system will accumulate this additional shipping cost for each item ordered.

Residential & Commercial Flagpole Shipping Costs

Flagpoles are shipped by Commercial Carrier/Common Freight.  The cost of shipping is calculated on an individual order basis.  The cost is based on the size of the pole and the destination of the shipment.  When placing your order online, standard UPS shipping rates will be automatically applied to the order.  When your order is processed by Customer Service a freight cost will be sent to you via email.  Your approval of the shipping cost will be necessary in order to complete your order.

To receive a freight quote prior to purchase, please provide the item number of the pole you are interested in along with the City, State and Zip Code information for the delivery of the pole and if it is a residential or business address.  Email this request to or contact Customer Service at (800) 862-FLAG (3524) and a freight quote will be processed.  Commercial freight quotes are good for 30 days.  Flagpole orders placed after 30 days will be recalculated.

Expedited Shipment

Express shipments are based on availability of the merchandise and the Need by Date of the order.  Please contact us to determine appropriate shipping rates.  Email at or call (800) 862-FLAG (3524).

We take pride in our ability to make the fastest shipment possible. We cannot, however, be responsible for delays once the merchandise is in the hands of a common carrier or the UPS.

Repairs and Replacements
We reserve the right to determine if authorized returned merchandise should be repaired, replaced or otherwise adjusted. Customers are requested not to make such adjustments without prior authorization.

Shortages and Damages
Shortages and damages should be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No deductions from invoices will be allowed without prior approval.

All sales are final. We will accept return of certain stock products, subject to the following restrictions: All returns must be authorized in advance in writing. Only stock merchandise in unopened master cartons can be returned. Shipped returns must be made freight prepaid. Credit will be issued subject to a restocking charge of 15%. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Back Orders
Unless otherwise requested, we will ship and invoice all available merchandise and back order delayed items.

Warranty Statement

The manufacturer warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Normal wear and tear caused by weathering and nature’s elements are not covered by this warranty.
